Latest Phase-Guard device firmware. Apply the downloaded update using the Admin Tool.
Work through these checks in order. Most connection issues are resolved in the first few steps.
Re-select the USB port from the device list. If it is missing, confirm the cable is connected and choose “Refresh Device List” from the View menu.
The computer may have attached Phase-Guard under a different port name.
Quit and relaunch the Admin Tool. If needed, reboot the computer so USB drivers can initialize again.
Reinstall the Admin Tool if application files or drivers may have been removed.
Connect a Phase-Guard during installation if the automatic driver setup did not complete.
