Every returned unit requires authorization before shipment. Follow the steps below to help us identify and evaluate your Phase-Guard promptly.
Include the information we need to match the shipment with your request.
Call Taylor Electronics to receive a return authorization number.
Include the authorization number and a brief description of the issue with the returned unit.
Send the packaged unit to the factory address shown here.
We determine whether the unit is within the one-year warranty period.
The unit is thoroughly tested to identify the specific problem, if any.
We determine whether abuse or misuse contributed to the problem.
After factory evaluation, the customer will be notified of the specific repair charges. No work will proceed without customer approval.
Units under warranty may be returned for repair or replacement only, at no charge to the customer.
Warranty is void if abuse or misuse is found. If factory inspection determines that a returned unit has been subject to abuse or misuse, no credit will be allowed. The unit may be repaired as a non-warranty unit and will be subject to full repair costs.
