How returns are handled

Non-warranty repairs

After factory evaluation, the customer will be notified of the specific repair charges. No work will proceed without customer approval.

Units under warranty

Repair or replacement

Units under warranty may be returned for repair or replacement only, at no charge to the customer.

Returns for credit

Credit is condition-based

  • Never installed: full credit less a $50 restocking fee.
  • Previously installed: credit depends on overall condition.
Maximum credit: $100

Warranty is void if abuse or misuse is found. If factory inspection determines that a returned unit has been subject to abuse or misuse, no credit will be allowed. The unit may be repaired as a non-warranty unit and will be subject to full repair costs.
