Taylor Electronics Inc. warrants Phase-Guard relays manufactured by it to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment.

The warranty is considered void if inspection determines that failure resulted from any of the following:
- Abuse or misuse
- Accident
- Improper connection
- Voltages above established limits
- Alteration or modification
- Unauthorized repair or tampering

Labor costs
No claims for labor in replacing defective equipment or parts will be allowed.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Taylor Electronics Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the manufacture and sale of Phase-Guard relays.
